Hmmm... that's the way I did my backup machine. My laptop was a clean install, and my desktop was through Windows update. In all 3 instances, no partitions were added.
Anyway it looks like you might be able to delete that partition. I'd create a Windows backup image just in case though. But, yeah, it looks like a safely deletable (my word) partition. Or you can simply leave it if you're unsure and not hard up for the 750meg space.

I don't use Diskpart so I can't say there. I use Paragon's Hard Disk Manager for my disk needs so I'd just delete it and add the space to C drive. And yeah, you don't get a lot of options with Disk Management.
Anyway I'm sure it's simple with Diskpart but I don't use it so someone else would have to chime in on that.
Oh, and before you delete it, make sure there's no (hidden) files there, especially OS files. If so, you might reconsider deleting it.

Well, in that case I'd just leave well enough alone; though the 785 meg partition looks like a duplicate.
