Well..., right click on that C partition and see if it will let you shrink it...
btw, are you online here via some other machine?
Careful there - he has four partitions!
Initialized GPT, no problem
Initialized MBR - problem trying to create a 5th part.
Diskpart or part wizard will tell you.
Jesse - you can run system information (WinKey+R - enter msinfo32 in the Run box)
Save as text, then edit the text and remove the sensitive information, give me a minute to run one and I'll be more specific. but go ahead and run, the save as text.
Don't post it until you edit out the key or s/n or service tag.
K, now we know it will let you shrink it and you have lots of room, (you should give the new partition 100GB (102,400MB), BUT, first things first.
Do you have an image backup? Recovery Discs?
What W10 ISO do you have and is it ready to go onto a bootable usb stick?
But, that repair disk is only for my Windows 7 laptop. I don't know how to make one in Windows 8.1.
I would feel safest having a full set of manufacturer's Recovery Discs, if I were you.
A System Image on an external hard drive wouldn't hurt either, just in case something goes terribly wrong!
