    How can you do that?
    - start by searching the Tutorials section for URI (or Settings shortcuts perhaps) and you find this:
    Settings Pages List of URI Shortcuts in Windows 10

    Find:
    Multitasking ms-settings:multitasking

    - and follow the instructions at the top.

    Using the tutorial, in the link posted right above this post, I've created one for Windows Update.
    That would be a good shortcut as well
    (so you can see which updates were last downloaded/installed, and make sure there's no updates that errored out):

    And, if you had tried before but failed, do note that there is a colon in that command not a semi-colon. And no dash.
    i.e. you need to use
    ms-settings:multitasking [as dalchina said]
    not
    Settings;Multi-tasking
