I found the solution how to solve the problem but took my post down due to two wankers complaining and whining.
from now on I'll keep my solutions to myself.

Don't you think it's effing annoying if you try to solve a problem in a Windows operating system and nobody can give you competent answers but always tries to sell you something or writes a lot of inane meaningless and irrelevant blah blah usually ending in reinstalling Windows?
