I don't have a discrete graphics card- I'm using an integrated one with the processor.

    I'm using a Corsair CV550 PSU 80Plus Bronze PSU

And I already have a surge protector, only the monitor and the computer are plugged into it

I also tried doing the CTRL-SHIFT-WIN-B and it did nothing

I never suspected that it was about the temperature because I did some test and observations and the temps are usually normal. GPU's around 55-65 and whenever I check the BIOS settings, both CPU and Motherboard only play around 40-50.

But can it still be because of the hot weather? Temperatue in my country right now would reach 35-40 ever since summer began and we don't have an AC. So is that a possible problem that is separate from the detected temperature in my computer's system?

I also think it's time for the logs now.

Temps/stability relationship isn't "mathematical", sometimes you see a clear relation (you put better cooling and stability improves or gets fixed), sometimes not (sometimes you even have clearly hot temps and stability at the same time), it's more about doing what can or should be done. Case cooling works by constantly renewing the case air, and a single 1200 rpm exhaust fan isn't powerful enough for that. If your case has room for upper fan(s) you could move one or two of your frontal ones there (outaking).

Your temps are quite similar to the summer ones of my rig with Windows 7 I mentioned above (the one that once lost video during a backup, that is a demanding task because I use compression), specially the motherboard/ambient temp is also about 45șC (July/August here is also about 35/40șC). This system has a high performance exhaust fan (1900 rpm) but it also has a too ancient vcard that is constantly consuming about 50-60W when idle (modern ones go down to about 10W). My other Win7 computer is the one with a 1600 rpm exhaust fan and not-gaming vcard, more comparable to yours. This one gets summer CPU temps of around 35șC when idle, 10șC lower (I'm not there now and I believe it doesn't have an "ambient sensor", but an idle CPU with an efficient HSF approaches that).

The computer has had approximately 15 unexpected shutdowns and restarts in 2 days.

    Some were BSOD.

The findings were typical of malfunctioning or incompatible hardware.

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

Batch files for use in BSOD debugging

    2) Turn off Windows fast startup:

    3) Create a new restore point

    4) The BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends International, LLC. 3.H0, 11/04/2023

    Upgrade the BIOS: 3H > 3L

B450M-A PRO MAX | Motherboard | MSI Global

    5) Report whether the RAM (TEAMGROUP-UD4-3200) is or is not on the Qualified Vendor List (QVL)

    6) Run Memtest86+ for 8 or more passes > take pictures > post images or share links

    7) See if you can find a PSU for swap testing
