Are you confident it's fully compatible? What happens if you remove it as I think was suggested above?

Yes they are, same brand, same frequency etc..
They ran for a month now and nothing happened.
To remove the one stuck under the cpu, i will need to remove all the plugs, the motherboard of the case because the fan is linked with a plate underneath the mobo and i don't have time to perform this since i have work all day.
I might try it, even if the bug is still happening, i just wanna know if its a software problem.
Thank you for your time tho
If the issue started after you added a stick of Ram, then remove it, also remove the CPU fan (cooler), and heatsink and replace the thermal paste. When you tighten down everything do it evenly, and don't over tighten it. Watch a how-to video if needed.
Are both sticks of Ram the exact same; And if you are only using two 32 GB sticks of Ram, which slots in the Motherboard do they occupy? You can refer to the Motherboard manual for the correct slots, if you don't know. You can also check your Motherboard Memory QVL to make sure the Ram sticks you're using are compatible.
If the Ram stick is making contact with the CPU fan housing, then you need to buy a matching set of low-profile Ram sticks. A Low-profile Ram stick is not as high (tall) and will not hit the CPU cooler. Or you can choose to go with a different CPU cooler, which has a greater clearance for the Ram stick. This would be the least expensive way to correct the clearance problem if the Ram sticks are the right ones and in the correct slots.
