    Transferring Settings Only

I'm about to set up another Windows 10 computer which will be networked with my current one, so I don't need to transfer the files from my current one to the new one. I simply want to just transfer my settings to the new computer. I found an article which explains exactly how to do it using an external hard drive, which I can do, however it looks like it only relates to backing up files and not the Window settings themselves. Is there any way I can do the same thing using an external hard drive for the settings only?

    Hi, have you considered
Enable or Disable Sync Your Settings in Windows 10

    - from the huge searchable Tutorials section - do feel free to have a look.

Ok, thank you, I already had my Windows Sync settings turned on. How will they sync to my new computer, by simply just signing into my Microsoft account when I set it up?

Looks like it - there are choices you can make as you can see from the tutorials.
(Related tutorials are linked below the main text).

I've never used it myself.. hopefully others will comment.

You may also find the comments below the tutorials useful.
