If you feel this task is too dauting, then find a neighborhood computer repair shop or some techy kid to help you
Very sorry to hear that indeed- in which case you're doing extremely well to attempt this.
To try to find a 3rd party program causing problems simply needs patience and working carefully.
Before making changes to your PC, always make sure you have a way back.
Besides the record you keep, start my creating aSystem Restore point
Note too that Autoruns lets you back up and restore its settings.
With those- and there are other ways- you can be pretty sure of getting back to where you were.
Using 3rd party disk imaging regularly and routinely is also endlessly recommended here - to secure your whole O/S and more so you can recover even if your disk failed, was impacted by ransomware, or perhaps even to a new PC if yours failed or was stolen - etc.
Yes, Clean booting can take ages & be tedious. But it is an effective means of narrowing down the cause of a symptom.
This thread is getting very long so I might have missed it but I do not recall your having tried disabling those smartcard entries.
If you no longer use a smartcard you could uninstall its application.
I don't remember you running a Repair install [a repair tool not an installation].
Do you have many applications?
If not, you might consider making a new system image then reinstalling Windows.
All the best,
Denis
about the tutorial you linked i'm here:
" If no startup item causes this problem, a Microsoft service probably causes the problem. To determine which Microsoft service may be causing the problem, repeat steps 11 through 14 without checking the Hide all Microsoft services box in each step."......:
this really means the neverending story...
maybe i will die, due of my old age.., before .....
...and the risk of no starting pc should be very high so....
important update:
just taking a look at my events log, but i’m really not an expert so please in this case i pray you to guide me,
just now i see this that i copied in a text editor and attach here,

Do you have a Microsoft account ?
Is your user an administrator ?
Is your built in administrator account active ?
Do you log in with a password ?
The "Built In Administrator" is a separate account from your normal Administrator user account.
How To Enable Hidden Administrator Account In Windows 10
Start a Command Prompt as Admin, and type the following Bold command and press Enter
Net user administrator /active:yes
You should see the message, The Command completed successfully
As a test, Sign Out as you and Login as the now visible Administrator account. See if your seeing the same problem. If not, then there is an issue with your User Profile, not Windows.
