language and keyboard

Hello,

This is windows 10 pro 22H2 (19045.3930).
On my taskbar i found this language bar suddenly showing few additional language options and keyboard options. When I checked the windows settings--> Time and Language--> language settings, I do not find these languages and additional keyboards anywhere. so how do i get rid of these unnecessary options from my language/keyboard selection shortcut.

Screenshot attached. (Top Default English and the highlighted phonetic keyboard I need, but others I don't need and couldn't find a way to remove)

Other options didn't work.
Adding the language and keyboard and again removing faild.Adding language created additional entries to the language bar.(and only those got removed).

Registry editor route worked well. Had to search for specific language key values and then delete one by one. That worked well.
