What is a the name for a new computer that is build up with a bunch of parts, is it called brand new computer? Or does "brand new computer" means those dell, lenovo, asus brands computer?
My PC is custom PC (I tell the seller the parts I want and he assemble for me and installed Windows 10 Pro Unactivated), no brand.

When native English speakers say brand new something or other, they just mean new something or other with an emphasis on just how new it is.
I've never seen a particularly convincing explanation of why we say it.
- I've seen suggestions that it has been used for hundreds of years to mean something that is straight out of the forge, straight out of the fire [hence brand, fire, reflecting our ancient Germanic inheritance].
- If this explanation is correct then it cannot be mere hundreds of years old but thousands [or over one thousand if you believe "history" for which there is no evidence].

In macrium refect Create Backup Tasks, I see
A. Image selected disks on this computer
B. Create an image of the partition(s) required to backup and restore Windows
C. Create a File and Folder backup
Question 1. At Create Backup Tasks, what should I select?
Question 2. I have a SSD (C: contains windows) and a 3.5 inch hard disk (D: contains data files) inside my PC, after selecting the answer to question 1, do I select both disk to backup or only select SSD (C: contains windows) to backup?
It's entirely up to you.
Q1 - I suggest that, for your first image, you should choose the partitions necessary for Windows.
Q2 - Some people include their data in their images whilst others treat the two differently - images for OS & file copies for backing up their own files.

What is the difference between using a macrium boot disk to make a system image even before I boot up normally to go through OOBE (not really sure what is "to go through OOBE", I assume is go into windows) vs I go into windows then install macrium and then do the system image inside windows macrium software?

1 Imaging
When you first boot after installing Windows or first boot a brand new computer, the process you go through is called OOBE [you create a user account & make several other decisions].
The purpose of making an image even before OOBE is to capture the original state of the Windows disk before you have any opportunity to mess it up [as I once did].
If you make a system image after OOBE then it is capturing a different state of the computer.
It's up to you. I have often done both.
2 OneDrive
During OOBE, one of the things you will be asked is whether you want to restrict your files to your computer or allow them to be synced to the cloud using OneDrive.
But it does not use those words. Many people have reported having their files synced to the cloud against their will only to discover that they had agreed to it during OOBE without any idea that they were doing so at the time.
The Clean install tutorial explains where in the sequence the decision is made and it probably shows the latest version of the misleading wording of that decsiion screen.
I avoided any possibility of any OneDrive-related complications by uninstalling OneDrive. I can still go online in a browser to post or download files from OneDrive without it being installed.
I know very little about OneDrive.

First of all, I take one day off... then make sure the wife goes to work...
Very slowly:
-clean install, local account, MS updates and drivers download, switch to MS account, downloads and uninstalls from Store /whatever I need/, paste all personal files, installing desktop programs from a backup stick, configure them and finally all cleaning ups.
By the time it's done, wife is back...
