If I may, most of the computers I've seen advertised have Win11 and there's some decent pricing available. It would be prudent to consider the announced EOL for Win10 is Oct. 14, 2024 in a decision.

I would not down grade Windows 11 Pro. You will not see or "feel" any difference between Home and Pro. Besides, why buy a Windows registration key when you will already have one.
