I want to explain my request throughout this 2 pictures. I want my win 10 letters of the menu and everything of Windows menus to look like win 7 because letters of win 7 are more clearly and reduce my eyestrain

Looks to me like you should increase screen scaling. For example, if it's currently 100%, change it to 125%.
Lowering the resolution will make everything less sharp. It's better to keep the resolution set to match the display's actual resolution and instead increase the screen scaling. Modern, dpi aware programs, will look clear and sharp. Some older programs will be "dpi virtualized", when you're at a scale greater than 100%, and those programs won't be as clear, but many of those will run fine and look sharp with dpi virtualization turned off in their properties.
You can use Winaerotweaker to change the size and font type for icons, menus etc.
