Deleted System Reserved Partition - Need to Re-Create

    You not only deleted the recovery partition but also the System partition.
    It isn't the missing recovery partition that is preventing from the conversion. It is the system partition (first partition, NTFS -100M)

    Did you disabled the recovery partition (reagentc /disable) before deleting the partition?

    Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    reagentc /info

    Do you have any disk manager like Minitool or Aomei partition? If you do, you can create a EFI partition, load the boot manager on it and then convert the drive from MBR to GPT. Easy task.

    It will work. I tested it myself. The changes made by winpe mode are permanent. No need to supply all those logs as requested - they are irrelevant - you are very close now.

    mbr2gpt recreates EFI partition - Ops objective is to convert an mbr drive to gpt. Lets do one step at a time. Winre.wim can be sorted later. It is not critical to Ops mission.
