    Taskbar won't stop jerking

Not sure what happened but it's no longer jerking so guess it's fixed for now :)

I'm lost, my Windows 10 HP Desktop's Taskbar won't stop jerking. Can someone tell me what to try to fix this?

I tried going into device manager and uninstalling graphics card, then restarting, no change.

Here my computer info below for anyone that might be able to help me:

Right click the Desktop and choose Display Settings.
Check the Resolution and the Refresh Rate, make sure it is the Recommended setting.
You may see if changing the Refresh Rate to something lower will stop the jumping,

You can also got to your GPU (Video Card) manufacturers support page and downloading the latest driver.
