woops, sorry was 50% of the time. seems to have ironed itself out. does not happen any longer possibly due to an update
Dual boot with Win 8.1 (SSD) and W 10 (HDD) when restarting from 8.1 and booting thru boot menu on SSD (made by EasyBCD) Win 10 upon start wants to check SSD. If I let it, it doesn't find anything wrong and continues loading. All other disks were disconnected during Win 10 install. When restarting from 8.1 it doesn't do that.
Has anybody got a W8.1 / W7 / VISTA / XP computer to access shared HDD's on W10 yet.
I've no problem accessing other computers FROM W10 but even with firewalls switched off and 128 bit encryption unchecked - I haven't been able to access anything ON the W10 computer FROM other machines. I can SEE the W10 computer though and PING it !!!!
I've posted a detailed setup on the NETWORKING section
Is Switch User available in Win 10 ?
I haven't found it in the places I looked...
