If it goes straight back to bios, that means theres no detected drives for boot.

Can you get into the bios and see the bootable disks? Maybe adjust to suit?
so yes, i can get into the bios and here i took 2 screen shots

1 is easy mode showing my hard drives are there
2nd picture is whats showing under the boot section

screen shot 1 - Album on Imgur

so in the easy mode its showing the M.2 ssd hard drive and the other hard drive is a SATA wd 500gb hard drive

What you can do in the bios, is change the settings from Legacy to Uefi and vice versa, and switch on the fly. When you get to the right boot up for the hard drive, they appear in the boot sequence.

After a reboot, changing this setting will make a difference.

    UEFI:

    Boot sequence will probably be

    UEFI: Windows Boot Manager

    Legacy:

    Boot sequence will be

Port 0 Windows Hard drive name
    Port 1

    Legacy with legacy Sata ports

    Primary Master: Windows boot
    Primary Slave

    Secondary Master: CD Rom
    Secondary Slave

i uploaded a screen shot, theres 2 pictures,

also the thing is my bios settings always said UEFI for "storage boot option control' and "other pci devices" see the images

    Okies

Firstly change the 'Storage Boot option control' to enabled.

This will pick up all hard drives that are running either Legacy or Uefi option ROM.

Once enabled it may open up another menu. A reboot would be needed

the "storage boot option" doesnt have enabled, it has "UEFI", "Legacy" or "do not launch"

Try both and see what hard drives appear, if any.
Its no harm to try both

    nope, nothing showing up

im thinking its not showing up because there no bootable system files for uefi since i changed from mbr to gpt

im guessing when i converted it from mbr to gpt, i needed to create uefi system bootable system files
