    Hello @yard,

If you wanted to get further information on Process ID = 4 that might help, Copy & Paste the following command into a CMD Prompt and press Enter.

    Code:

    PowerShell "Get-Process | Where-Object {$_.ID -eq '4'} | Format-List *"

    I hope this helps.

Who in the maker of the PC?

If in you copy those characters in to a translator Chinese to English what do you get back? you might have to try both simplified and traditional Chinese, or maybe have the translator auto detect the language.

Chinese characters usually point to a Corrupted File that identifies with unknown fonts.
