Need to stop notifications from specific app

I have Foscam VMS running on my Win10 machine monitoring a security camera. From time to time, it sends a notification telling me that my cpu usage is high and I should consider turning off some apps. Well first of all, what business is it of yours, Foscam?? Just do your job of monitoring the camera and leave the rest to me.

I've searched high and low through the Foscam app and can't see any option allowing me to turn off notifications. Within Win10's notification settings, it lists a few things that send notifications, but not Foscam. Are there hidden notifications somewhere? Is there any way I can suppress these?

Ok. A screenshot of anything in particular? My notification settings? The Foscam app?

Of the message you get. Might be immediately obvious whether it's from Windows or the program.

And that you could tell also if you used the target icon from e.g. Process Explorer (free from MS) or e.g.
    WinSpyPlusPlus
    to identify the originating process.

    Of your notification settings.

Anything else you think informative as we can't see your screen. Thanks.

Getting a screenshot of the notification may take a while. It doesn't happen all the time. It pops in on the lower-right of my screen and looks just like any other notification I get.

Here are my notification settings. it was longer than my screen height, so I had to paste a couple together.

    Hello @enchant,

If needed, you can use an option in the tutorial below to have notifications show longer before automatically getting dismissed. This way you can hopefully catch the name of the sender (app) on the notification.
