Weird black windows open and disappear upon starting up my laptop!

Do you have any bat scripts launching on startup by any means? (Scheduled or otherwise)

Hopefully a simple process of elimination by reviewing both startups and possible scheduled tasks looking for something out of the ordinary.

Autoruns (free from MS) may be of help.

If it's just started happening you could even use a recently created System Restore point.

I was hoping to see some text but no.

Normally onedrive does this often 2 or 3 quick black screens when it updates and it seems to do it a lot

I agree. I see that a couple of times a month.

Hmm, yet another reason (although minor) not to use it... (uninstalled/removed) on mine.
