Hi, this was explored extensively by @Paul Black in a long thread.
Basic concept: don't meddle unless you know exactly what you're doing - you're more likely to be back here asking questions otherwise.
There's really nothing to be gained by trying to turn off services.
How are you hoping to benefit by doing so?
It seems like the original poster removed their original message and replaced it with that one word above.
But yes, I agree with dalchina; Windows services have become so complex that it is best not to adjust anything with them. As long as you have a modern computer, it is practically useless to disable any service to speed up your computer at all. There's many complex services that not a lot of people are 100% are aware of what they do. Which kinda sucks. It would be nice to have a really good guide on what is completely necessary, and what is completely useless, depending on what type of computer user you are.
Check out:
Which Windows 11/10 services are safe to disable?
There's many more guides online. Look at reliable guides only.
I have another rule of thumb to offer here - ignore relentlessly anyone who tells you 'don't touch what you don't understand' and just bump until you get a proper answer. Good luck in your efforts to find out what's going on on your PC.
I attach a full list of all services running, disabled, manual, etc. on my system, which runs fine. You can also disable bluetooth services and the like if you aren't using the hardware. A lot of services can be set to to 'manual' startup and if some device or software needs those services they should start when opening the software. If not, be aware that you may have to start them yourself, and remember to check your services any time you have a problem.
Lot's of info on services can be found here: Black Viper's Windows 10 Service Configurations - Black Viper | BlackViper.Com
Some of that info is a little out of date, but what is there is generally still accurate and useful, especially as MS, intell, etc. make it so hard to swat up on this stuff.
I'm constantly discovering new services which can be safely disabled. The last one's were ICLS and IME. The below serves as a good example of a service that is poorly documented and hard to research, and how to check whether you need a service running on your system or not.
ICLS is part of the Intel Management Engine. Few outside of Intel/MS seem to know what exactly it does, since no documentation has been released about it and they generally keep what it does under wraps.
Intel Management Engine - Wikipedia
What I do know is that it runs in he background and can do stuff behind the scenes like install drivers/software, change configurations, is accused of being a security/privacy backdoor, and has security vulnerabilities.
I don't even have the iCLS service on my system since I didn't install the driver that installs it. System tweakers seem to generally regard it as garbage and disable anything to do with the IME. I also have disabled the whole IME, as well as the intel HDCP and intel HECI services. My system runs fine without any of them.
Since intel claims it helps CPU performance to have this stuff, what you could do is keep it running for a test (perhaps run Snappy Driver Origin installer or similar and allow it to instal the latest ICLS driver), make sure the IME is running (in device manager > system devices), then do a CPU and GPU performance/bench-marking test. Then disable all of it and do the test again to see if there's any difference on your system. If not, disable them all.

This is the easiest way to disable services, hiding all Microsoft Services Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts
Back in the day, the defacto expert on What Service to Disable was Black Viper.
But today, he's given up that quest and does not even run Windows himself. So now it up to us to find another source of information if we want to cut down on the number of Services running in the background.
Oft times, the name of a service does not really tell what it does. SysMain for instance, is the name of the service that supports "Prefetch". So if you don't want or need "Prefetch" you can safely Disable SysMain.
Anyone who is just Clueless about Services, should probably just leave them alone. Eh?
