Error Windows cannot access the files.

Wife gets this error on Windows 10 64 bit pro version 21H2 OS Build 19044
Tried sfc scan now made no difference, short of a format and reinstall any suggestions.

Well every time the PC boots and the desktop appears that message appears and only goes away when you click OK.

Can you post a screen shot of... C:\Program Files\WindowsApps
...with the WindowsApps folder sorted by: Type



In the WindowsApps folder, I would like to see all the folders that begin with: Microsoft.549981C3F5F10

Try resetting Cortana.

Reinstall and Re-register Cortana in Windows 10
