Callender, No. I did not make a mistake, I read the instructions and did how it was supposed to work. Those other things I said at the same time, were things that I did _before_ using that app, trying to fix it on my own. The accounts were like they were in the beginning when I ran that program. It loaded, booted, logged, list appears and on the line "creating account" or folder or what ever it says, gets "failed". And after that, automatic boot as excepted. But the account which that app made, was an empty account, nothing from my original account. And my original account was not there anymore. And as the manual to the app says, it creates new account on which it then should make like a new "my account" with my stuff, and the old one is supposed to be gone, but the account it made, did not work, it did not contain a single icon from my account. I don't fail with such simple task, sorry. That just did not work.
Please don't think I am a newbie or something, I have checked netplwiz instantly after that first happened, there is nothing but me. I am not running APF again, because I already made a reset. Everything is fine, only that strange account is still trying to log in the beginning.
I will try dalchinas idea, I hope something comes up. I have few ideas myself, but lets try this first. Thank you for your patience, this has taken an unexpected chunk of time.

Dalcina, I have already reset windows and made fresh account and installed everything a new etc. I know how to delete an account, but apparently new fresh account did not remove that ghost account from that program. I will try the reg thing you suggested.
Okay if it's not showing as a user account then I don't know how to fix. It's strange if it doesn't show in netplwiz.
Maybe you could see if it shows up in Quick User Manager. But don't make any changes. Just see if it's listed.

Maybe check here:
Delete User Account in Windows 10
It sounds to me like the temporary account wasn't removed.
From memory APF creates a temp account, reboots, fixes the profile then reboots to the new account which should have the old user name from the account that was fixed.
I did the registry thing, and there (Profilelist) is only my account, and the normal "systemprofile" and "LocalService" and "NetworkService".
I try that app next, let's see. This is strange, I have sat on computer for 30 years and seen and done a lot, but never seen an account in lock screen which is not visible in anywhere. I report soon after checking with that you gave.

And nope, not visible in any of the delete account parts of that link. I already had checked most of them. lusrmgr was only new option, still no such account anywhere. But if I reboot, first it fails to login with that strange account, and it is visible in the corner. Nowhere after that.
It's a mystery for sure.
Maybe try booting into safe mode one time only. Don't make changes then reboot normally.
For your information, I checked the log file from the time I tried APF first time.

Also I wonder what happens if you:

RE: You last post. Reading that - it seems that no changes were made to your account then. Somehow it must have left the temporary account enabled?
I's say that if your data is okay run it again on the user account that you are currently using. However it would always be best to have a system image backup in place before going ahead with these types of programs,

It is suggested that AV software can interfere with repair. I would assume that you disabled all onboard security beforehand?
If not then it could have been what caused the problem, How to fix? I don't know other than reinstalling windows.
Maybe a boot trace might help.

However the log will likely be huge and I'm no expert on diagnosis. There might be something obvious that shows up.
