AltGr on keyboard activate Registry command

    Hi everyone,
So suddenly, just from one day to another, my Rapoo wireless keyboard will not allow me to use commands as @ (pasted and copy now).

When I press AltGr + 2 for @ the command for Registry pops up!

How do I change this back to normal?

I have done a lot of internet search, disconnected and uninstall/reinstalled keyboard driver but can't come up with what to do more to fix it! Thanks!!!!!

Hi, what do expect ATGR + 2 to do?

(and could you clarify what you mean by 'the command for Registry'?)

will not allow me to use commands as @ (pasted and copy now).
    - do you mean other hotkeys don't work as they should?

Do you see the same thing happen if you use the on-screen keyboard, for example?
(e.g. via Win key S or the search box on the taskbar, search for on-screen keyboard )

    Thanks.

Yes the on-screen keyboard works normally and the Rapoo keyboard has worked absolutely perfect until today when it suddenly has decided to change the normal command functionality. All signs you normally can reach with AltGr are now being blocked and when you press for example AltGr + 2 to get the email sign this Regedit command comes up instead. (picture from internet as the the screenshot tool is not available at that point).

In the Admin prompt, click on Show more details to find out what command is being processed.
Take a photo of it if you are going to ask questions about it.

Why do you think that AltGr-2 should do anything in particular? Is this some special 'macro' function built in to your keyboard by its maker?
And do you mean 2 from the numeric keypad or the numbers along the top above the letters?
[My own AltGr-2 using 2 from the numeric keypad turns the display upside down, AltGr-8 rights it.

It has always been what I use on my wireless keyboards incl. this one so I don't understand the difference from another wireless keyboard brand?! And it has worked that way until just recently and I wonder what commands I accidently might have pressed. To access @ I must press Altgr + number 2 (see picture).

I just found this post with this same problem also but to switch language has not resolved the issue for me.

Surely @ is Shift-2 on your keyboard?
    Just as, I imagine, 5 is 5 and % is Shift-5.

Nope. When pressing Shift + 2 I get the " sign.

The Shift access the signs `?=)(/&%¤#"!

Also I can't access reach dollar sign, pound sign either.

It sounds like you have set your keyboard up as a UK-layout keyboard whereas it is in fact a different layout.

This should help you identify the layout your keyboard ought to have
    Keyboard Layout Charts
and this will help you match your keyboard layout to the layout you declare in Windows
    Change Keyboard Layout - TenForumsTutorials

I think your keyboard has reverted from whatever layout you had previously declared to another [unknown] one so that tutorial might well help restore what you had before.

But I cannot help but think that there is something else wrong because the labels on the keys clearly indicate that @ is Shift-2 so that is what they want to be set up as. AltGr does not come into it.

    Best of luck,

Nope again, no UK layout and the Swedish letters were not on the print screen of the picture of the Rapoo keyboard in the picture. On my same Rapoo wireless keyboard I have our Swedish signs included also, as Å, Ä and Ö.
Nothing has changed from turning the computer off in the evening to turning it on in the morning, but suddenly the keyboard would not respond to the normal commands.
I'll keep searching for a solution. Thanks!

What a Swedish keyboard looks like and it looks exactly what I have with the AltGr -
