    Changing the Language

I tried to reset the PC to reinstall Windows, but it said the restore wasn't there.

    So here's the story:
I ordered a tablet from Newegg, but the keyboard was defective so I sent it back.
The rep said that they wanted me to return it and someone will test a new one to make sure it works before sending it to me.
When I got it, it was in Chinese!
So after figuring out how to change the language to English (United States), I tried to restore it, but apparently there's no instalation copy. It doesn't actually change everything to English.
I also tried to create a new account, but everything starts up in Chinese.

So now I have an unusable tablet alltogether because it's half in Chinese.
I don't know what would possess them to send me something like this, but that's another topic...

Any tips on how I can convert this to a full English instalation?

    Thanks.

NewEgg should make this right, but if you wish to sort it yourself, please see:
