Preferred Language not pinned to task bar

    Windows Version: 21H1
Every time I start my Laptop, I need to go to Settings >Languages >English (US) >Down Arrow >Up Arrow in order to get my preferred languages pinned to my Task Bar.
Any solution to have it stay pinned?

Enable Language Bar in Windows 10 (classic Language Icon)

    Not sure, check the above.

Thanks but the reference is useless. For one, it doesn't even have the same menu points in the Settings as I have. For seconds, the best I can make of it is that it is doing the same thing(s) I do to get my Preferred Languages pinned. But the point is: it doesn't stay pinned. The reference also mentions that with Windows 10 the Preferred Languages being pinned to the Task Bar is not available as it used to be in Windows 7. However, I've had Windows 10 for a long time and my Preferred Languages was always pinned and staying pinned. When I reloaded Windows 10 (because of a problem I had encountered) I no doubt got an updated version of Windows 10 and my Preferred Languages stopped staying pinned. Nobody can tell me how to have it stayed pinned so It seems to me this is a Windows 10 bug - everything else stays pinned; why not Preferred Languages (as it used to in a previous version of Windows 10)?

So when you select "Docked in Taskbar" if does not permanently "dock" it ?

I set these settings and it pins my preferred Languages but it doesn't stay pinned. Next time I start my computer I need to do the settings all over again.
The link you provided seems to be for another problem - MSN / Internet related.
