Downloaded Images In A Folder

    I just noticed something. It's not just doing it with images. It's anything I download. CCleaner, WinRar, etc. This the most bizarre issue I've ever had. I appreciate you all having patience with me.

    Do this simple test.
    Click on the link
    https://www.tenforums.com/attachment...-folder-gg.png
    And try to save the image. What happens?

    It shows up in a folder named: tenforums.com

    Hmmm - I'm at a total loss.

    Consider Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade after Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect if you try Run SFC Command in Windows 10 and reboot and it's still broken.

    Remove any Extensions or apps for Chrome. You can also run Chrome in Incognito mode (ie) without extensions
