I assume the Virtual Memory Pagefile would only matter for the main C: drive and not the D; drive I use for file storage?

Also is their an easy way to get the computer to tell you how many tabs you have open total and/or will they need to be on a actual page like youtube for testing, or can I just spam cntr + t?
Yes, if C: is a SSD, that's sufficient to use for the paging file. If you have other SSDs , you can enable paging file for them too and Windows will decide which is optimal to use.

Not sure about tab count. You could search for an add-on that might tell you. Otherwise just count them.

Also how much RAM/free is available according to Task Manager and how much free space does C: have when you have lots of tabs open?

I would suggest checking drive health with HD Sentinel app and run Memtest86 overnight to confirm no issues with RAM.

I got it open to 315 new tabs (on the test user account) and no issue appeared. I screen shotted the task manager.Opening Microsoft Edge Causes Explorer.exe to Hang then Crash-screenshot-22-.png

Those were from the main account with all the edge tabs open and idling, I am trying to upload screen shots from when I first open Edge but the website is not uploading them will try again in a bit.

Okay it's not letting me upload them so I used imgur Microsoft Edge Issue - Album on Imgur

    Everything looks okay.

Post #12 - check drive health and test RAM.

Try turning off/on hardware acceleration if browser has that setting to opposite of current setting.

Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts test your normal account with a clean boot to see if problem occurs since you said it did not happen in test account. It seems that there's something between test account and main account possibly causing the problem. Use the test account for a longer period to rule this out.

That's good. You can slowly enable things disabled in the clean boot to try and find what's causing the problem.

I think I found the program causing the issue, but I'm going to wait to do the ram test and give it a day or two just to be sure I'm not just getting lucky.

That said, the program is something I use often, so I assume just launching it after Microsoft Edge won't solve it (assuming that is the program causing the problem)?

You will have to test to confirm what it does. I have no idea.
