I think my PC is haunted, sometimes it just changes the icons and hyperlinks and when I refresh the desktop it all goes back to normal... For a while... Just out of itself... A really strange thing, I must say!(Mostly a green centered round with a checkmark in it instead of the white bent arrow)
Green check marks were due to OneDrive Those green check marks are sync signs which means those files and folders are backed up on the OneDrive. https://www.newtonbaba.com/remove-green-check-marks-icons-files-windows-10

Quite a small number..
Noted Onedrive of course.
The overlay doesn't fit the description of Onedrive icons, so now you need to review the other startup sections listed by Autoruns, looking for anything less common that might be responsible. You can disable anything non-MS to see if it's that and if by no other means, identify the culprit by a process of elimination.
