It looks like the clone hasn’t transferred over the boot configuration files.
Usually there should be 3 or 4 partitions not two - you’re missing the EFI partition which contains the boot loader. Edit: I see you’re using MBR - if so then please disregard this.
Are both drives connected when you’re trying to boot? If yes then try swap the old drive for the new one & then restart.
Does the imaging software have a ‘fix boot’ feature? If so then you can also try that.

Is there a ‘fix boot’ option?
I would create EaseUs’s boot drive then try imaging (not cloning) the drive, then swapping the old drive for the new one, booting the PC from the EaseUs boot USB & restoring the image to the new drive.
It seems cloning a drive is failing for some users on various forums but imaging the same drive works.

Forums on the internet are full of sad stories about unsuccessful cloning attempts.

On the other hand, very few stories about failed imaging and then restoration

    Try that.

Both OP drives are Legacy-MBR so there is no EFI partition.

Did you set the second drive as the main priority boot drive on BIOS?
Try to detach SATA or power cable of the first drive and try to boot from the second drive.
If it doesn't, boot from a Win 10 installation drive and do a boot repair.

Thanks. That’s why I edited my post afterwards stating to disregard that. :)
