Multiple instance of Windows boot manager in UEFI

Hi guys, im quite sure this might be a fairly simple one, but a little scared to change whats active and whats not

My system is win 10 pro with GPT drives and only 1 OS.

In my UEFI i have 2 windows boot manager pointing to the same phsyical hard drive. Wondering if its possible to remove it, i believe it might something set wrong with my active drives?

Please see attached image of drive config
Please note M and G partitions are both just storage partitions with no OS on them.
    Thankyou in advance

What do you want to delete?

Disk 2 information was in partial view.

    Run:

DiskParInfo.bat - Click here to go to the BSOD batch repository to download and run this batch file.

Just the duplicate entry of windows boot manager in UEFI bios. Im guessing the active partition settings are wrong in windows?

Doubt its related, but weird how it says there is 3 physical drives but then shows 4 later on

    Code:
Disk 0 is an SSD. It has 6 partition(s). Model: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus
Disk 1 is an HDD. It has 1 partition(s). Model: ST33000651AS
Disk 2 is an HDD. It has 1 partition(s). Model: ST2000DM006-2DM164

This computer has the above 3 fixed storage device(s) in total.

Based on the screen shot from Minitool partition, You have 4 disks and your disk layout is fine. The output from whatever diskpartinfo.bat is wrong !!!
The BIOS/UEFI can get corrupted due to malware, unfinished or stuck updates. To clear up the extra Windows Boot Manager, just boot into BIOS then reset to derfaut settings.

i thought it was wierd aswell it saying there is 3 hdd but really there is 4
Even how it says there no free space on drive on disk 1... the drive is only half full

So you think a reset to defaults settings in bios should fix it all up?

Open administrative command prompt (ACP) and type or copy and paste: (all at one time)

    Code:
    diskpart

    lis vol
    sel dis 0
    det dis
    lis par

When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

@horze, please right-click on the Start button --> Windows PowerShell
Run the following command and post the output.

    Get-PhysicalDisk

The script uses PowerShell. If the PowerShell output is wrong, the script output will be wrong.
