So basically when I opened up my windows, I was opening discord in the search bar when I was greeted with this
So I searched it up and there were only 3 results and none of them worked. I tried deleting and reloading the icon cache it didn't work, I restarted, I shut down and turn on, none of them worked. Anyone know how to fix it?

I would try running sfc and dism: How to Repair Corrupted Windows System Files with the SFC and DISM Commands . If that doesn't fix it, try a different account on you PC and see if the same problem exists there or not.
You can also try running the Windows Search Troubleshooter.
From winver command, what is the full version # you are using. Please add that your profile PC info. Thanks.
