This double blue outlines when point to things won't go away.

Windows 10 laptop: One day I was messing around with colors, personalization, etc and then got that damn blue rectangle thing every time I want to say, put something in a search box or any other input box/item. Everything is off in Ease of Access, all the right things checked. Even restored back to 3 months. IT WILL NOT GO AWAY!!! What did I do???? So annoying!!! Did I mess up something in high contrast or color schemes?
    Help please,
    Thx
    Di

Option One, in the bottom link above, is the easiest way.
If that won't work for you, you can upload an image to a hosting site like Imgur, and post the link here.

Turn off "Narrator" Settings / Ease of Access / Narrator / Turn Off.

Ease of Access is completely off, tried all that. Nothing is on that should not be. It's just nuts, I've tried everything.
