    Nagging Windows Setup screen that came out of nowhere

    I first received this set up screen after signing into Windows with my local account. Now I'm seeing a notification that once clicked on will bring up the same screen. There's no option given in the screen to decline. You can only select the options "Remind Me Later" or to "Continue".

    I haven't installed a new feature update recently or upgraded from Windows 7 or 8.
    I've been on version 2004 since early June. I'm concerned if I click "Continue, the set up will force me to make choices in the list of the set up which I don't want to do without offering the option to decline.

    Is there a way to stop this annoying screen from triggering via a Windows settings, a file in Windows Explorer, Regedit, Control panel, etc

    I don't think there is a way to permanently stop that screen. I randomly get it on all my computers.

    @Jaguwaar20

    Go to Settings > System > Notifications & actions and uncheck Suggest ways I can finish setting up my device to get the most out of Windows option. This should turn off that screen.

    @Winuser,
    Do you know if by clicking Continue, the Setup offers the option to decline everyone of the set up options?

    You can also add, change or remove those things in... well some of them.

    Settings > Accounts > Sign-in Options.

    All those things in that screen shot in your OP, are available in Settings... somewhere.

    Here's a few other things that might make your Windows 10 life easier...

    1. MS seems to be really proud of their search algorithms. There's a search box on almost every page in Settings.
    2. Winaero Tweaker can do a lot of things, easily, for you... Winaero Tweaker

    3. And creating the God Mode folder is another option. It puts all the settings in one place. In categories. In lists. The God Mode folder has been in Windows since the XP days. It's pretty cool.

    What Is the “God Mode” Folder in Windows 10, and How Do I Enable It?

    Yep. And Winaero Tweaker is even cooler... all these settings can be turned on or off with a checkmark.

    I'm not sure. I do know it closes and Windows loads as normal.
