Suddenly a folder in my Favorites list has disappeared. It also happens to be the last on the list. It's named Weather. This folder does appear on the list when I open Manage Favorites & I can access the weather sites when I open the folder. When I go back to the Favorites List the Weather folder is not there. All other folders are listed. How to fix this?

Hi, how do you fix that?
a. Restore from a backup. E.g. Disk imaging is tirelessly recommended here- e.g. Macrium Reflect (free/paid). Assuming you use that (better start if you don't) then retrieve favorites from your most recent image file.
b. Try Recuva (free) or similar to scan for and retrieve uncorrupted (not over-written) deleted items.
You will need to know how your favorites folders are stored- you've not specified the browser, if that's where these favorites are.

I'm using the Microsoft Edge browser. I haven't tried restoring anything yet. The odd thing is that when I choose to Show Favorites Bar the lost folder is listed. So why not in the Favorites scroll down list?
