For Brink A Troubleshoot Toolbox?

Would it be possible for you to suggest,to your Microsoft contacts,the inclusion of a "Troubleshoot Toolbox"?
Win 10 has many useful tools,found in the most extraordinary places,e.g. an Audio troubleshooter in "Update& Security",precisely where we ordinary users would not think to look.
The contents of the box need only contain a brief outline of each tool's use,with a link to its' location and perhaps a reference to a Knowledge Base article.
The present system is illogical and confusing.
I haven't tried the Microsoft help line.The automated response causes apoplexy and the question[s] I have are never to be found in their supplied ones.

Yes ,an included desktop icon is more along the lines,which someone new to Win 10 could use.Surfing through Control panel is not as obvious as it once was.

Right-click on the Desktop and select New, then Shortcut.

In the "Type the location of the item" box, paste a URL, or the location on your computer.

Click Next.

Enter a name for the Shortcut.

Click Finish.

Paste this into the location box when creating the Shortcut -

C:\Windows\explorer.exe shell:::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}\0\::{C58C4893-3BE0-4B45-ABB5-A63E4B8C8651}\listAllPage

Takes you to the complete list of Troubleshooters.

They can, but you need to either scroll to find the section, or do a search.

The above takes you to the exact location.
