Any activity, even as minuscule as an unintentional bump of the mouse, will inevitably disturb your PCs nap and cause him to rise from his slumber. Alternatively, a lot of security programs tend to schedule their updates to times at night, which is also a common cause for the problem.

To quickly find out which one it is, execute powercfg /lastwake command.

View Event ID 1 and 42 for Wake and Sleep.
"They are Event 1 and Event 42 (wake and sleep, respectively).
Open the Event Viewer and expand "Windows Logs" then click on the 'System' event log. Right-click, and then choose "Filter Current Log".
Input the event id 1 and 42 number into input box above the "Task category" input box.
In the "Event sources" window, click the drop-down and put a check-mark beside "Power-Troubleshooter" and "Kernel-Power" and then click "OK.
You will see listing of wake & sleep events and look at the the "General" tab at the very bottom for each Event ID 1 for wake events the wake source will be shown it will be display at the "Wake Source: " entry.

That the first command you mentioned shows nothing suggests you may have disabled Windows Update.

There is a scheduled task to wake Windows to perform updates.

But that is most likely a different thing to your concern about your PC waking.

One of them said BstkSVC.exe but the rest says wake source unknown
Also kernel power says for shutdown Application API

If you'd like to make absolutely sure that your PC stays put however, you might also want to have a look at all other devices that can potentially wake him up. To get an overview, enter:

    Code:
    powercfg /devicequery wake_armed
into the Command Prompt. Conversely, you can also get a complete list of all devices that can be programmed with a wake-up function by entering:

    Code:
    powercfg /devicequery wake_programmable

One thing that can cause this symptom [waking without using the power button yet leaving no cause in Event viewer] is that the display driver is corrupt or not compatible.

There is no diagnostic test for display driver corruption so the only course of action is to get the driver from the appropriate OEM and [re]install it then await developments.
You can check compatibility while you are there but, given your system specs, I would not expect this to be an issue.

This used to be one of the first pieces of sleep problems advice in Windows 7 Help but I have never found equivalent MS guidance for Windows 10.
