Unknown and mysterious files found while exploring hard drive

Hi there, I wasn't sure where to post this so I just posted it here. So a little while ago I was browsing my hard drive looking for stuff to get rid of when I came across four surface-level files by the names of "82aatransfers134", "82abtransfer188", "Xselect95", and "Ydocuments129". Upon opening these files I found multiple file formats ranging from doc to sql, all with very weird and random names that make no sense. Opening these doc files (the ones that worked) led to strings of text and numbers that resembled hash, the other doc files had random special-character letters. The jpeg and png files showed a bunch of randomly colored pixels. At first I thought they were system files and maybe software files, for background information I have windows 10 and use malware bytes as my main antivirus/ransomware program. If you have any questions that I may not have covered feel free to ask, Im very interested yet confused. Heres what one of the files look like: Unknown and mysterious files found while exploring hard drive-3333.png

Run Disk Cleanup and see if that removes them.

These are quite likely to have been created by some anti-ransomware program. An example:
Strange folders and files appeared on my disk | Angry Sheep Blog

If you no longer have that program they can be deleted- with due caution as usual.

Open disk management > by default some columns are compressed > widen each Status and Volume > make sure the contents within the parenthesis are in full view and that none of the characters are cutoff > view disk 0 > widen this row as needed so that all of the characters are in full view > post an image into the thread
