How to fix system interrupts 100%

Some programs become frozen, sometimes all programs, sometimes all web browses or only one, sometimes only Internet Download Manager, sometimes .... The task manager shows that system interrupts 100%, then it reduces .2 or .1%, but the program still being frozen very long time or I have to restart the laptop.

I did update windows, drivers, programs, does not help. Can someone help me, please

It is windows 10 version 2004

Can you post a screenshot of Task Manager with the highest CPU at the top.

    - The task manager does not always show system interrupts 100%, only when my laptop is running slowly.
    - I open command prompt and type the code (copy & paste) and nothing happens

Download Sysinternals free tool Process Explorer.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sys...ocess-explorer

In the toolbar, click on Options > VirusTotal.com > Check VirusTotal.com

Each process will be checked for malware, and the results displayed in a separate column.

Keep it running in the tray, and bring it up when things start slowing down.

You can sort highest to lowest CPU usage by clicking on the column heading.

System Idle Process will have a high number, but that refers to the total amount of CPU that is currently idle, and does not count in the total used.

Could you clarify the problem[s] please.
Do you have only one browser operating, only one programme operating when the freeze occurs or do you have many?
Does Reliability History give any reports,if so what is flagged,e.g. Apps ?

Such code does not find relocated user desktops. There is no universal single-line command to do so.

When the open browser is freeze, I open other browser then another ..... around five, all of them are the same (freeze). Sometimes one browser, the others are fine.

Sometimes it happens to almost programs, and sometimes only one program

From Reliability History it says, for example: IDMan.exe stopped responding, ... Application failures, Windows failures, Miscellaneous failures. That's it

Given the large number of problems reported in Reliability History alone, the most viable solution would be a clean install and use only one browser, plus where possible, use portable apps.
    Your system appears overloaded.

I don't think the system is overloaded. It happens few weeks from now, and nothing was changed from the system. I think it is virus. Now be patient and wait.
