There are Windows Recovery Environment (RE) on both the iso and computer.
Start the commands with the iso using this tutorial;
Open Command Prompt at Boot in Windows 10
Later the Windows RE on the computer may be used.

(note: I have two hard drives C:\ and D:\, then the CD of the wifi-usb drivers I had just installed, the booting USB and the USB I've used to copy/paste the messages to here)
I couldn't find the files from step 7 because it didn't let me search for a specific direction, I had to manually browse through the folders and didn't find those in C:\. There wasn't any windows.new or windows folder there, the only similar ones were Windows10Upgrade, WindowsApps, WpSystem and $WINDIWS.~TMP, but system32 wasn't in any of those. So I did the next steps and this is the result:

What this last message says is:
When rebooting it still takes me to the same blue screen as I posted in the comment before (the "this system needs recovery" screen), so I'll do the next steps.It's possible that the size of the temporary directory is insufficient to do the operation. This may cause an unexpected behavior.
Use the option /ScratchDir to designate a folder with enough "rejected space" (I'm not sure that's the right translation). The recommended size is at least 1024MB.

9) In older Windows 10 versions Regback was the method to fix operating system and registry problems or corruption.
Microsoft made windows leaner and did not maintain regback.
So it may be necessary to backup files and clean install Windows.
An alternative would be similar to a reset save files (files are saved and drivers and applications are reinstalled)

Final update: I ended up backing up the important files with the notepad from the command prompt, and then did a clean install of Windows, it's working now. I don't know what was the problem here but after trying so many things without success I felt like this was the easiest option. Thanks a lot to those who helped me with this, I would've been completely lost otherwise!

Consider making free backup images.
Save the backup images to another disk drive or to the cloud.
If there is malware, ransomware, registry or operating system corruption, failure to boot, etc. you then have the option to restore the image.
(Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUS, Macrium, Paragon, etc.)

Make the image backup to an external hard drive. If you don't have an external hard drive now is a good time to get one as regular backup should be a part of your normal process. You can get a 1TB external hard drive for $60 (less if on sale).
