SSD Accessible in Safe Mode but not in Normal Mode

    Strange problem.

An SSD drive I have and which was accessible until a few days ago, cannot now be accessed via Windows 10 in normal mode.

In 'Normal Mode,' the drive shows up in the BIOS, shows up in Disk Manager, show up in File Explorere but when I click on the drive I get L:\ is not accessible. And down below it, 'Access is Denied.'

Yet when I boot into safe mode, I can access the drive, view the contents and carry out all normal operations.

This is obviously a software issue but I have never come across it before so I am at a loss.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Here is the error message.

In Normal Mode, Press the Windows key+X and choose Disk Management. In the Lower Pane, does the drive show up here? Does it have a Drive Letter? If so, then you can Take Ownership of the drive.

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan

    7) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    8) Place the computer into clean boot:
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

    9) Indicate whether there are or are not access problems when in clean boot
