Windows 10 PC froze is in Automatic Repair Loop

I have a Windows 10 client with a PC that was stuck in an Automatic Repair loop but the Automatic repair never completes. He asked me to rebuild the PC which I did. The PC has been running flawlessly for 9 days. Today the screen froze and brought my client to an enlarged login in screen but when he logged in it restarted and is now in the Automatic Repair loop again.

Would have me thinking hardware issue.

I would be checking drive(s) and memory at a minimum. (Chkdsk, Crystal Disk info for Smart data, memtest86+)

You said enlarged login screen, video card failing ???

Might also check that drivers are correct. When you clean installed, Windows loaded what it thought were best drivers. Might need manufactures drivers.

What was client doing when it froze? Was anything happening in environment like power flickers or large electrical loads being turned on, floor heater?

Maybe just re-seating all cables, cards and memory but be in order.

Also what was and what was not included in the rebuild?

    What was done to each:
    a) operating system
    b) registry
    c) drive file system
    d) hardware

    To disable automatic repair:
Open administrative command prompt > bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled No

Enable or Disable Automatic Repair in Windows 10

Run HD Tune (free version) (all drives)
    HD Tune website
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
    a) Health
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

    Run Sea Tools for Windows

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    chkdsk /r /v
This may take hours to run so plan to run overnight.
Run on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive.

    C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y
    reboot

Use the information in this link to find the chkdsk report in the event viewer.
Copy and paste into notepad > save to desktop > post into the thread using one drive or drop box share link:
