Hi. When you say crashing.... is it BSOD'ing or just powering off and on.

Sounds like heat, you said it happens during games, but you haven't provided any machine details.

    Is this machine new?

    Is it self built?

Have you installed an app to monitor temperatures, both cpu and video card, would suggest HWMonitor app.

    When did this start?

Get a temperature monitoring app then run prime 95.

Prime95 - Stress Test Your CPU

If no crash and you can control temp we did to find something to benchmark Video card.

Do you have a spare power supply?

    Can you borrow one?

Well you can trust they did their job or you can test.

You may want to see if you have Windows dumps and if so enter a thread on the BSOD section.

Something is happening when your machine is under load. While not likely I wonder if you have a super fine hair line crack on MB. Then when heated it expands just enough to cause crash.

    C:\windows\memory.dmp

Look for any thing with extension .dmp

You could just try posting in BSOD section. There are tools to run and if dumps available they will be automatically picked up.
