Is Windows 10 1909 safe to upgrade from 1909 now?

    Yes but here is the thing I have 1903 download already its just in the BT folder since it failed to install back in September when I delayed it so many time, it's still on the SSD. Could I do it that way or is that too risky?

    Hi,
    Just use the media creation tool
    Use upgrade now or let it make an iso and mount as said
    I used the upgrade now it worked fine it also worked fine from win-7.

    Using the media creation tool means you get build 1909.
