If you wish to upgrade to 1903, first make sure you have a Windows disk image, just in case.
You can get a 1903 iso file by using
Heidoc iso downloader (free)
- just search for it.
Then rt click the iso, mount it, run setup.exe from the new drive letter created.
Yes but here is the thing I have 1903 download already its just in the BT folder since it failed to install back in September when I delayed it so many time, it's still on the SSD. Could I do it that way or is that too risky?

I used the upgrade now it worked fine it also worked fine from win-7.
