start up computer

good afternoon I need some help i can't remember how to chang the start up so you don't have to click in anything you just start up the computer and it goes to your desktop without clicking in anything I remrmber that you are supposed to push the start button and some other button on the keybroad to get to the thing where you change the way you start the computer I don't remember the button you press with the start button i hope someone makes sense out of this thank you jerry

Press the Windows key + R to launch the Run command box. Type netplwiz and hit Enter. In the User Accounts dialog box, select the user you want to automatically log in to, and uncheck the option "Users must enter a user name and a password to use this computer". Click OK.
