Ok, I cleaned the laptop and I'll try to make another dongle. I'm curious to see if I get the same virus results from Malwarebytes.
    Thanks again!!

Please boot your computer with Windows Setup Media and from Windows Recovery Environment start the Command Prompt.

Please type below command into Command Prompt and press Enter key.

The following command scans integrity of all protected Windows system files and repairs files with problems when possible.

    Code:
    Sfc /Scannow /OFFBOOTDIR=D:\ /OFFWINDIR=D:\Windows
Please replace partition letter D: with Windows installed partition letter. When computer boots into Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) environment the drive letter assign to Windows partition may not be C: drive letter because Windows 7, 8 , 8.1 and 10 creates a separate system partition when it's installed from scratch. The system partition contains boot files WinRE assigns the system partition the C: drive letter and the Windows installed partition will be assign any other drive letter usually D: drive letter is assign to Windows installed partition. The Bcdedit /enum | find "osdevice" command can be use to find out the drive letter of the Windows installed partition the output of the Bcdedit command is similar to this osdevice partition=D:. The drive letter after partition= is the drive letter of the Windows partition.
Ok freebooter, I executed that command and the result was: no integrity violations found. I'm translating that from Italian so I'm not sure if it is 100% correct but that is clear enough.

    Thanks again

Pentothal, Why did you mark this thread as solved? Are you now able to boot properly?
Kyhi rescue drive has a lot of tools that can help you fix your computer. Focus on booting it.
Did make a boot able USB drive with it? If yes, where you successful on booting from it.
Do you know how to make it Legacy and UEFI boot able?

Sorry megahertz I marked the thread solved by mistake! My Problem is not solved at all.
I made a boot able USB drive with a laptop and I made it UEFI compatible with rufus and I booted the dongle.
Unfortunately I'm not able to boot my broken windows 10 yet.

    Thanks

Would a reset save files equivalent (reinstall drivers and applications) be a viable fix?

Yes zbook since it looks like it is my only option. But before doing that I'll hang on a couple of days more. You never know.
Then If I go for that option I'm gonna image the c drive from Kyhi with macrium. I just need to buy some external storage.

    Thanks again
    Ciao

First thing you have to do is to boot the Kyhi rescue drive and make a backup of your data on an external disk.
On Kyhi rescue drive you also have many tools to try to fix your installation.

My Italian isn't very good but from STRtrail report:
    Test eseguito:
    ---------------------------
    Nome: Test disco di sistema
Risultato: Completato. Codice di errore = 0x0
    Tempo impiegato = 188 ms

    Causa radice rilevata:
    ---------------------------
Impossibile trovare un disco rigido. Se è presente, non risponde.

With Kyhi rescue drive can you access and read the drive?
