Problem with language bar and input method

Hi everyone, I have a little problem that is driving me nut, and I have no idea where to search to find solutions about it.
First here is my "winver" window:

When I do Windows key + Space key, I got this menu that shows up:

As you probably know, that's the language bar for changing inputing method. As you can see, windows decided automatically to add a third input method that is "ENG FR French keyboard". It is the same as the FRA French keyboard and I only need one. Having three makes the windows + space shortcut not intuitive and it's annoying.
Yeah I know it is a petty detail but details matters

I tried disabling the FRA keyboard so windows only keep the two ENG US / ENG FR keyboards, which works perfectly. Until I restart my computer and windows decide to remove my language bar because I only have one language left.
(This button disappear from the taskbar completly after reboot:)

Does someone know if there is a way to remove either FRA Keyboard or ENG FR keyboard without loosing my language bar after reboot ?

    Thanks in advance :)

Hi just considering the random addition (which is pertinent to your locale) there is some interesting discussion in the answer (some way down) here:
How to prevent Windows 10 from automatically adding keyboard layouts (i.e. US keyboard) - Super User

@nini800, Edit the winver image you posted and remove your Email address form it. You don't want that visible in a public forum like this.

To prevent this in the future change the RegisteredOwner in the registry to something other thna your Email address.

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
    Change RegisteredOwner
