The command you used similar to this:
C:\Windows\System32\Reagentc /setreimage /path R:\Recovery\WindowsRE /target C:\Windows
doesn't work if there is no WinRE.wim in that partition (F:)
If you assigned (F:) you should see the partition in the Explorer like this:
If you run Notepad as Administrator you can check it:
Your should look like that. The above command adds the correct BCD-Entry.(recoverysequence and ramdisk)
You can run the following cmd command as well:
Dism /Get-ImageInfo /ImageFile:\\?\GLOBALROOT\device\harddisk0\partition4\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim /index:1
Beside that, you have a Recovery partition of 6,64 GB (!) and 2 EFI-Partitions on your ThinkCentre!
The 128 GB disk would have been a nice OS-Disk and the 1 TB disk a nice storage disk!
