The command you used similar to this:
    C:\Windows\System32\Reagentc /setreimage /path R:\Recovery\WindowsRE /target C:\Windows
doesn't work if there is no WinRE.wim in that partition (F:)
If you assigned (F:) you should see the partition in the Explorer like this:

    Reagentc failed-2024-02-12_061737.png

If you run Notepad as Administrator you can check it:

    Reagentc failed-2024-02-12_060312.png
Your should look like that. The above command adds the correct BCD-Entry.(recoverysequence and ramdisk)

You can run the following cmd command as well:
    Dism /Get-ImageInfo /ImageFile:\\?\GLOBALROOT\device\harddisk0\partition4\Recovery\WindowsRE\winre.wim /index:1

Beside that, you have a Recovery partition of 6,64 GB (!) and 2 EFI-Partitions on your ThinkCentre!
The 128 GB disk would have been a nice OS-Disk and the 1 TB disk a nice storage disk!

That wasn't included? My bad. It says "Disabled" with no RE Location:

    Reagentc failed-reagentcinfo.png

When I run ENABLE it fails as shown the first time. The 2nd time, if you run enable right away again, it will say success, but it is still disabled.

Yah I Originally had non allocated space at the end of the drive, it's an SSD, I had about 40 gb unformatted. This was a fresh install where I tried to restore a backup image, but it failed and failed and failed and failed to restore, so i had to restore from within the new installation, and when you do that it onl;y restores your libraries, not your apps. I had deliberately. left the end of the drive unformatted, but after the install I had the 500MB winRE at the end. I tried to increase the size by only 500MB, but my decimal point was off within the app I used to resize, so it made that partition 60Gb instead of 1GB. Haha. I can resize that down to 1 GB can't I? KB5034441 is already installed there.

I will take a look for the WIM file a bit later, I unassigned the drive, I have to reassign it. It'll be a few hours, I'll come in here and edit this post or respond to a new one...

Thats cos I resized it again, and I messed up my decimal point again.

Allright - HERE is why the command is not working, or why everything else is NOT working:

    Reagentc failed-winre-fartition.png

AND I had just ran Reagentc /enable again, and it SAID "success"

So, I am stumped more than stumped here.

    Groan, I already did that:

    Code:
    Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19045.3996]
    (c) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\windows\system32>reagentc /info
Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE) and system reset configuration
    Information:

        Windows RE status: Disabled
        Windows RE location:
Boot Configuration Data (BCD) identifier: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
        Recovery image location:
        Recovery image index: 0
        Custom image location:
        Custom image index: 0

    REAGENTC.EXE: Operation Successful.

    C:\windows\system
    And here is the screenshot

    Reagentc failed-info.png

It's pretty much identical to the result I posted earlier

Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8GB).

Create a bootable Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) (Windows 10 iso).

    Download Windows 10 ISO File
