Curious To Figure When Microsoft Will Address This "Issue"

Okay, so this is not a problem that really bothers me too much, but according to how advanced Microsoft is of a company, I'm still wondering why they haven't addressed this certain "visual issue".

***Please be aware that I am not looking for a solution to this; I am just posting this so, hopefully, Microsoft gets more awareness of it... yet honestly.. who cares, right?***

Whenever you have many files in a folder with the same name, each duplicate name you can rename to add a "(2)" & "(3)" at the end of the file name, and so on... like: File.txt, File (2).txt, File (3).txt, etc...

Yet when the file names are sorted by the default "alphabetical" order in a folder, the "firstly named file" gets listed at the end. (Refer to the attached picture. You can see the "first" file gets listed last, yet all the other ones are listed chronologically, starting from the top.)

...So by now, (the year 2019,) why hasn't Microsoft came up with some sort of solution to list the first supposed file to be listed first in File Explorer?
Is there a reason why there is no certain "rule" that has been implemented in File Explorer that lists the files the way that it "should" be listed?
(Also, the same applies for when you create a new folder, and create a new file inside the folder, named File.txt for example, and you copy-paste that file over and over. As a matter of fact, that method makes the listing just a tad bit slightly worse. *Extra Credit!*: Try this method out, and tell us how the listing looks in the folder.)

Please keep note: I'm not trying to "put down" Microsoft's logic or credibility or whatever. I'm just wondering why this weird "idea" doesn't have a realistic "solution" to it yet.

Then use the Feedback app. That's what it's there for.

Like in any large project, Microsoft has well established procedures for submitting bug reports, feature requests and other issues. There are also developed procedures for dealing with them and those individuals involved are expected to follow them. For a large project it must be this way. Only this way can the issues be dealt with in an orderly and appropriate manner.

If you want Microsoft to be aware of an issue posting it on a forum is the wrong way to do it.

I got hackers that access my computer through some VM-style method "without me knowing". Shhhh don't tell anyone... right?
    Maybe they'll send the message.

Try clicking the Column headings to rearrange as desired, I'd do the Date Modified to see what you get.

As for the numbering being added, a Folder [older term was Directory] cannot contain 2 or more files with the same exact name, has to have at least one character difference from others. This goes way back, I had to learn it in the late '80s and my first computer in '92.

If you like, the downloadable .reg files in Option 2 will make it quick and easy to enable or disable as you like.
